West GalacticHolding Co. · HALO Program Company overview

About

A group of companies building
civilization-grade space infrastructure.

West Galactic is the strategic platform and program-level organiser behind a family of aerospace infrastructure ventures. We are not a tourism brand, not a consumer product, and not a single station startup. We are the corporate parent of HALO and the operating layers that make it real.

Positioning

A private infrastructure group
for the cislunar economy.

West Galactic LLC is a privately led space infrastructure group organised around a phased architecture for long-term industrial activity beyond Earth. Its role is to coordinate the operating layers required for lunar power, lunar industrialisation, lunar logistics, orbital receipt, and gravity-capable orbital industry.

Rather than presenting West Galactic as a tourism concept, a single station startup, or a speculative space venture, the company functions as a structured parent platform for a group of companies designed to mature, partner, and operate as part of a larger cislunar infrastructure ecosystem.

  1. 01

    Infrastructure, not spectacle.

West Galactic is focused on the practical systems that make space industry repeatable: power, materials, freight, ports, yards, and gravity-capable orbital environments.

  2. 02

    A group of operating layers.

AURORA, MOONFORGE, RAILSTAR, SHEPHARD, AXLEPORT, and HALO each represent a distinct infrastructure layer within one sequenced program architecture.

  3. 03

    Built for institutional engagement.

The company is designed to be understood by governments, regulators, aerospace partners, industrial contributors, and long-horizon strategic stakeholders.

West Galactic does not exist to sell a destination. It exists to organise the infrastructure required to make destinations useful.

Operating Posture

West Galactic is positioned to feel like the front door to a serious aerospace infrastructure holding company — institutional, technical, high-trust, and partnership-driven.

The primary audience is not the general public. It is strategic: government stakeholders, aerospace partners, energy partners, industrial partners, institutional capital, engineering contributors, and serious readers who need to understand the logic before they are asked to understand every technical detail.

Each operating layer — AURORA, MOONFORGE, RAILSTAR, SHEPHARD, AXLEPORT, HALO — has its own technical profile, partner base, and capital pathway. The holding company organises, governs, and connects them.

The next phase of space will not be unlocked by launches alone. It will be unlocked by infrastructure.

Jacques West

A dual South African and Canadian citizen based in Pretoria, Jacques chartered West Galactic in April 2026 to consolidate his thesis on off-world industry under a single, long-horizon roof. He runs the Office of the Chairman directly and works personally on the legal, financial, and engineering architecture of every program layer.

He treats corporate structure as engineering: jurisdiction, registration, IP domicile, partner-compatibility, and risk doctrine are first-order design choices, not paperwork.
